About You
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, technical skills and a passion for doing things right.
Certificate III or higher in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
Previous experience as a Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic in a busy workshop
Air Con Licence is a bonus (but not essential)
Ability to stay cool under pressure and produce top-quality work
Eye for detail and strong diagnostic/technical skills
Punctual, reliable and takes pride in a job well done
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Conscientious, adaptable and committed to great customer service
Solid understanding of all relevant Health & Safety practices
Manual Driver’s Licence (Full) - essential
Available to work Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning
Your Day-to-Day
Providing expert mechanical advice to customers and team members
Servicing and repairing vehicles – engines, transmissions, suspension & more
Diagnosing faults and reporting repairs using modern workshop systems
Conducting test drives and quality checks before handing vehicles back
Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work environment
Supporting team member and getting involved with general workshop duties
