Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct thorough research, planning, design, documentation, and contract administration.
Supporting projects from inception to completion, while actively expanding our presence within the industry.
Demonstrating curiosity and boldness in understanding each client's needs, and collaboratively crafting project-specific conceptual narratives.
Upholding a design-centric approach with unwavering dedication and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution from conception to realisation on site.
To be successful in this role, you should have the below skillset:
Minimum 2-4+ years' experience in the role.
Strong Revit and SketchUp skills, including proficiency in 3D presentation software like Enscape, and efficiently detailing and documenting designs.
Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills.
Strong time management in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Rhino and the Adobe Suite (desirable).
