This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is looking to contribute to the success of the Human Health organization by supporting critical administrative, operational and commercial functions that drive strategic initiatives forward.
The Pharma Marketing Coordinator resides within the Commercial Operations team and reports to the Commercial Strategy and Operations Director.
What You Will Do
General support for Strategy Realization
o Collecting and tracking progress updates from Business Unit Directors and key function leads with regards to strategy realization
o Editing and collating content (data, case studies, presentations and reports) for the Country Leadership Team and Managing Director review
o Supporting the Country Leadership Team workshops and meetings in both logistics and content
o Ad-hoc research on market landscape and new products utilizing internal and external resources
o Consistently exercises good organisational skills and judgment in setting priorities, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
o Provision of information is accurate, timely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
o Effective interaction & collaboration with people at all levels within and external to the organisation.
o Ensuring all business activity complies with relevant standard operating procedures and company’s ethical standards.
General administration:
Assisting with a range of administrative activities, which may include:
o Processing of invoices
o Purchase and corporate meeting card reconciliations
o Supporting business practice manager on compliance reviews as needed
Meetings management:
o Providing support for internal & external meetings as required.
o Administration of necessary materials for attendance at internal / external meetings.
o Arranging travel and other logistical arrangements for internal and external customers attending local and international meetings where applicable / as needed
o Consistently provides support and mentoring for peers as required.
o Participating in cross-functional teams as appropriate.
o Covering periods of leave for other administrators.
What You Must Have
Education
o BS / BA degree in related field (Pharmacy / Business / Marketing)
Experience
o Proactivity, high result-orientation with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o Good knowledge of MS Office tools
o Excellent presentation, oral and written communications skills
o Demonstrates a sense of urgency, when applicable, to drive sustained business results
