Resolve customer concerns in a timely, accurate and compliant manner. Investigate and remediate compliance and privacy breaches while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Maintain and monitor complaint management systems, preparing notices for the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations.
