Role Overview
Community and Customer Services Assistant – Casual, up to 35 hours per week, based in Singleton, NSW. Compensation: $42.45 to $47.75 per hour (Grade 5), including casual loading.
Responsibilities
* Provide frontline customer service across Council's Community and Customer Service sites (Library, Youth Venue, OOSH, Visitor Information Centre, Customer Service).
* Carry out basic administrative duties.
* Supervise young children.
* Support customer service functions.
Qualifications
* Experience using computer applications (internet, email, word processing) and teamwork skills.
* Working with Children check (required).
* Experience in a public library, youth service, childcare (OOSH), or local government customer service is advantageous.
* Right to work in Australia.
