About the Role
Due to continued growth at MGIB, we're looking for a well-rounded Claims Manager to join our dynamic claims team. This a wonderful opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who has a passion for helping clients and making a difference. As a claims manager at MGIB you will be the critical point of contact between the company and our customers, providing guidance and support to ensure a timely, accurate, and efficient claims service. The role involves day to day management of all general insurance claims from lodgment through to finalisation, along with maintaining key stakeholder engagement and building industry relationships. Our ideal candidate will be customer focused and can work collaboratively in a team environment.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in claims lodgment and knowledge of end-to-end insurance claims processing
* Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
