About the role
As a Field Enhanced Installer Repairer (Biloela), you will work independently to provide our customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications and technology products and services, in the home and/or business. You will participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimal customer and commercial outcomes aligned to our corporate strategy. Several positions are available across the country; specific locations are listed below. The expectation is to reside in the targeted area or be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
- Manage maintenance of Fibre network technology, Core network technology, and Data services.
- Maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment (both consumer and business).
- Fault finding over copper networks in rural or remote settings.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold and maintain relevant licenses and qualifications as required by regulatory authorities, including a current driver's license.
- Certificate I/II in Telecommunications
- Open cabling license
- Traffic management qualifications
- Industry white card
