Job Summary
Deliver high-quality training and compliance solutions to frontline staff, ensuring seamless operational learning and development within our Transperth contract.
About the Role
As a Training and Compliance Associate, you will create and facilitate client and Serco training programs, maintaining ISO 9001 certification by coordinating activities for the leadership team.
You will provide exceptional customer service to the public, including information on public transport services, ticketing, and general information. You will work with key stakeholders, directly report to the Contract Manager, and liaise with leadership to identify training needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate, lead, and develop content training programs to deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure staff provide up-to-date information and advice regarding Transperth services.
* Improve training programs by utilising technology and/or adult learning principles.
* Develop training content and resources that meet business objectives.
* Embed technology into training and content delivery in an engaging capacity.
* Be computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams).
* Build relationships, establish personal credibility, and support the site to provide high-quality and efficient customer service.
* Adapt quickly to new technology with ease.
* Display flexibility, pragmatism, and creative problem-solving skills.
* Maintain a professional, positive, and can-do attitude.
* Develop well-rounded problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills.
* Utilise excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
* Hold a Certificate of assessment and workplace training or demonstrated equivalent experience in a relevant field (desirable but not essential).
* Obtain National Police Clearance (essential).
