Located in the heart of Northbridge, The Rechabite is one of Perth's most distinctive hospitality and entertainment destinations. Housed within a restored heritage building, the four-level venue brings together live performance, events, bars and dining under one roof, attracting hundreds of thousands of guests since opening in 2019.
At the centre of the venue's food and beverage offering is Double Rainbow, the ground floor restaurant and production kitchen from where we drive our dining adventures across the complex. Originally launched as a hawker‐inspired late‐night eatery, Double Rainbow has evolved into a bold, Modern Asian food concept known for combining vibrant flavours, premium Western Australian produce and a high‐energy open‐kitchen experience.
Today, the food program extends far beyond the restaurant itself, supporting bar service, private functions, venue‐wide activations and bespoke events across the year. From intimate dinners to large‐scale banquets and curated collab event menus, food plays a central role in The Rechabite experience.
Having built a reputation for combining exceptional hospitality with creative programming, this vacancy offers a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to shape food experiences that sit alongside some of Western Australia's most exciting live performances and events while leading our kitchen team through the next exciting chapter.
Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, this role enjoys a high degree of autonomy, balancing service and administrative requirements.
We're seeking someone ambitious to shape the future direction of our food offering backed by a modern kitchen fit‐out with all the bells and whistles to back up the vision in a fast‐paced environment.
Please include a CV and one‐page cover letter outlining your relevant experience for the role, professional background and aspirations. Successful candidates will be invited for first round interviews within three working days of the application close date.
