Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
* Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded, meeting and surpassing monthly sales targets
* Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
* Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
* Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience working in a customer service environment and achieving sales targets
* Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
* GDS experience
* Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure
* Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
