Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide services covering multiple areas of Human Resources, including employment and education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support for employee onboarding and training sessions.
* Liaise with the Head of HR to review Position Description and Salary Structures and implement an Objective Measurement process.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3 years' work experience in an HR environment.
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Knowledge of modern awards, Payroll, and HR functions.
* Excellent coordination and communication skills.
* Able to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
