Responsibilities
Ideate and produce short-form, social-first content for TikTok and Instagram, including trends, memes, and star-driven edits
Edit video and audio assets, ensuring high-quality, platform-optimized output
Write compelling captions and copy in both Thai and English
Track and interpret emerging social trends, adapting styles and formats to fit brand and campaign needs
Collaborate with social marketing teams and agency partners to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Create content that reflects Southeast Asian nuance and HBO Max's brand personality across regional markets
Deliver quick-turnaround, reactive content to capitalize on trending topics and moments
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor content performance to inform future creative decisions
Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in both Thai and advanced English, with robust copywriting skills
Demonstrated experience producing and editing social-first content for TikTok and Instagram
Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies
Ability to ideate and execute creative concepts quickly and independently
Familiarity with Western entertainment and Southeast Asian pop culture
Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Experience working with entertainment brands or media companies is a plus
