We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Western Australia.
About the Role:
* Be the first point of contact, greeting clients and offering hospitality
* Answering and directing all inbound telephone calls
* Providing administrative support to Partners
* Maintaining accurate filing systems & data entry
* Ensuring office supplies are up-to-date
* Managing mail and courier services
* Processing banking transactions (practice and client)
* Making petty cash purchases
* Printing and collating tax returns for clients
* Lodging tax returns with relevant authorities
* Reviewing tax assessments and generating client letters
* Maintaining office debtors' records
Requirements:

The normal hours of work are 9am to 5pm.
