About the role
Tassie Fine Foods is a growing, family-owned meat processing business supplying premium products to some of Melbourne's top foodservice and retail customers.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking reliable, skilled, and driven individuals with experience in butchery, knife handling, to join our morning shift.

Morning Shift Hours - Monday to Friday - 5am - 1pm
You will ideally bring:
* Experienced butcher or knife hand
* Experience in meat processing, food production, or similar environments
* Experience with portion cutting / boning of beef, lamb, pork
* Strong knife skills and safe handling practices
* Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* A reliable, team-first attitude with strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the business
What we're looking for
* Experience in a similar food production role, preferably with a Food Safety background
* Demonstrated proficiency in using knives and other food production equipment
* A quick learner with a genuine desire to find secure, ongoing work
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a refrigerated and fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
