**Position Overview**
Your responsibilities will also include People & Culture admin, leave monitoring, coordination of exit processes, coordinating utilisation of support staff, driving a positive team environment and more.
This varied and busy role is integral to the smooth running of the Canberra office. The role requires you to be able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment, while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across all functions of the firm, both locally and at a management level nationally.

You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine 'can do' attitude. You will be someone who thrives on the dynamic of a busy professional environment, where your organisational capability can truly make a difference to the smooth running of the firm.
Our firm values and celebrates diversity. We aim to increase the diversity of our workforce to better represent the communities in which we live and work. Our culture provides the foundations of a welcoming and inclusive environment, and we encourage people from all backgrounds to join us - and bring their whole selves to work.
