Job Title: Administrative Specialist

The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team, ensuring seamless delivery of internal and external engagement initiatives.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team.
* Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including venue bookings, catering, AV support, guest lists, and run sheets.
* Support merchandise coordination, stock management and distribution.
* Manage and maintain SharePoint pages and internal communications platforms.
* Assist with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budget spend.
* Manage and coordinate team calendars and travel arrangements.
* Support meeting logistics, minute taking and action tracking.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of activities.
* Provide general administrative assistance to ensure the success of campaigns, programs and initiatives.
