Job Title:
A Lecturer is required to develop and conduct lectures and tutorials, encourage student engagement, mark assessments, and identify students at risk.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver lectures and tutorials on social work-related topics.
2. Encourage student participation and engagement in the learning process.
3. Assess student performance through marking assignments and exams.
4. Identify students who may be struggling with coursework and provide additional support.
Requirements:
* Masters degree in Social Work or a related field.
* Teaching experience, preferably in Higher Education.
* Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
