While experience may be from any retail environment, applicants must have basic knowledge of sports supplements, including pre-workouts, proteins, thermogenics, and hormone support products, which will be discussed during an initial phone chat.
Altitude Supplements, based in Terminal 2 at Perth Airport, is a growing provider of high-quality health and wellness products, with a strong FIFO customer base, and is committed to helping customers achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated casual retail team member to join our store. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, follows procedures, and understands all aspects of retail operations.
About the role
This is a flexible casual retail/sales position (approximately 5–10 hours per week initially). Availability to cover additional shifts during our operating hours below, including periods of staff leave or unplanned absences, will be required.
Our current hours of operation are:
* Mon – Thurs: 4am to 4pm
* Fri: 4am to 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Reliable and punctual, with the ability to consistently attend agreed shifts
* Creates an energetic, positive in-store experience by engaging customers confidently from the moment they enter the store and sharing clear, Identifying their goalsand matching them with the right products, confidently and accurately
* Able to work independently and manage standard shift duties without supervision
* Well-presented and professional, reflecting a healthy, active lifestyle aligned with a health and wellness retail environment
* Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute across all areas of the store
* Accurately processes sales transactions using POS systems
* Handles cash and EFTPOS responsibly and in line with procedures
* Maintains accuracy and attention to detail
* Meeting sales targets and KPIs
* Follows all store procedures, systems, and operational guidelines
* Opening and closing the store in line with procedures (as required)
* Maintains store presentation and cleanliness through routine cleaning every shift
* Completes and signs off on required cleaning and maintenance checklists
* Comfortable performing hands-on duties including restocking and merchandising
* Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and respect for workplace policies
* Flexible availability, including weekends or peak periods where required
