The key responsibilities include:
* Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assessing notifications, complaints, and intelligence about allegations of sexual misconduct.
* Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Working with external authorities and stakeholders to identify risks of harm to children.
* Investigations and Enforcement: Investigating allegations and taking proportionate enforcement action.
About the Role
* Experience and Skills: Experience as an investigator, preferably in a human services role, with understanding of administrative law principles.
* Qualifications and Abilities: Ability to work with complex legislation and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
