**Content Marketing Specialist**:

We're on the hunt for an amazing **Content Marketing Specialist** to join the Lendi Group family and help our brands (Lendi and Aussie home loans) deliver engaging and informative customer journey content in the personal finance and property market space. This is a unique opportunity to create content that extends across channels and customer touch points.

We're looking for a skilled wordsmith who can turn financial jargon into simple and engaging personal finance content, understands the key principles of customer journeys, and is ready to roll up their sleeves and work with a fun cross-functional team to build and optimise our journeys as well as driving conversion across our site pages.

**What you will get to be part of**:
You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to plan, strategise, develop and execute our customer journey content strategy, and maintain consistency and cohesion across all communication.

**Experience that will help you succeed in the role**:

- Developing content to cover all touchpoints in our customer experience
- Executing our customer journey content strategy. Planning, writing, and editing engaging personal finance content designed to demystify home loans and help our readers get on the front foot financially
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team in developing compelling new content for journeys, analysing results, optimising older journeys, and identifying new content opportunities for the customer experience
- Updating and optimising copy and images on our CMS
- Employing SEO best practice to drive results for organic website pages
- Develop content including, but not limited to, articles (blogs, financial guides & thought leadership), industry insights, infographics, social media, eDMs and eBooks
- Writing with a consistent brand tone of voice, easily switching between Lendi and Aussie brands.
- Skills in copywriting and creative thinking are a must
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- Experience in a content, communications, agency or marketing role.
- Impeccable written communication skills with proven experience writing and editing engaging marketing content.
- Understanding of the SEO landscape, ability to identify opportunities to drive SEO best practice across content
- Hands-on experience using a content management system.
- Financial services experience is a bonus
