About the Role
As Territory Sales Manager, you'll manage a well-established portfolio of independent and group retailers across the South Sydney, South Coast, ACT, and Southern NSW regions. With a blend of account management and business development, your role is to grow sales, strengthen partnerships, and open new doors across categories including optometry, lifestyle, pharmacy, and fashion retail.
This is a field-based role perfect for a motivated, autonomous salesperson who thrives on the road and can confidently manage call cycles, negotiate commercial outcomes, and deliver strong growth across a diverse territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across a defined regional territory
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts and independent retailers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across various retail channels
- Analyse sales data and prepare territory reports and forecasts
- Execute merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Ensure timely and effective store visits aligned with a structured call cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success
About You
- 5+ years' experience in territory or field sales, ideally in fashion, pharmacy, or optometry
- Proven ability to grow accounts and open new business
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Strong sales reporting and planning ability, proficient in Excel
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with high integrity
- Full Australian work rights and a current NSW driver's license
