Our founder grew up right here in Leongatha, and we are proud to be returning to our roots to build a dedicated South Gippsland Team. We are currently seeking compassionate staff to provide high-quality care for a our participants in the local area.

The Role: Empowering Independence
As a member of our South Gippsland Team, you will be a trusted partner in our participants' journeys, focusing on:
* Empowering Choice (In-Home & Respite): Delivering compassionate, person-centered support that respects the individuality and dignity of every person.
* Fostering Community Connection: Assisting participants to engage in meaningful social activities and community events within the Leongatha and Mirboo North areas.
* Skill Development & Growth: Providing the tools and encouragement needed for individuals to achieve their NDIS goals and flourish.
Availability & Shifts
This is a casual position (initially 5–10 hours per week) with the flexibility to grow as our local team expands.
* High Demand Windows: Mornings (6:00 am – 9:00 am), Afternoons/Evenings (3:00 pm – 8:00 pm), and Weekends.
* Ideal For: Locals looking for a consistent \"top-up\" to their income or a way to balance work with other commitments.

Mandatory Requirements
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated history working as a Disability Support Worker.
* Qualification: Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar relevant qualification).
* Clearances: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Transport: Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence, a reliable vehicle, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
* Certifications: Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) or willingness to obtain
