Remote Retail Leadership Opportunity

As a Relief Manager, you will support retail stores across remote Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. You will step into various roles, manage store operations, and coach local staff to build capability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage store operations including team leadership, inventory, merchandising, cost control, and community initiatives
* Coach and mentor Duty Managers and local staff to build capability and performance
* Ensure accurate financial management and compliance in-store
* Build meaningful relationships with community leaders and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need minimum 2 years' experience in customer-focused leadership roles, strong skills in retail systems, stock control, and team management.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible, calm, and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive in remote settings with a culturally respectful approach. A valid driver's licence (or willingness to obtain) and full Australian working rights are also essential.
