* Establish regular communication protocols with landlords and tenants

* Organise maintenance, repairs, and property inspections to ensure optimal property condition

* Monitor rent arrears and implement strategies to minimise delinquencies
* Effectively manage bond lodgments, transfers, and claims
* Prepare and present applications to relevant authorities with support from senior staff
