We're offering a flexible opportunity to join either:
A Part-Time allied health receptionist position with 4 Life Physiotherapy, or
A Full-Time mixed role combining Reception/Admin and Occupational Health Technician / Medical Screener duties across 4 Life Physiotherapy and Workscreen Medical.

4 Life Physiotherapy and Workscreen Medical are two of Mandurah's most respected healthcare providers:
4 Life Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary, multi-award-winning allied health clinic with a 14+ year history of delivering exceptional care across physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, remedial massage, chiropractic, and more.
Workscreen Medical is a leader in Occupational Health, providing pre-employment medicals and health screening for industries including mining, healthcare, and construction.

About the Roles
Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phones, manage email enquiries and book appointments
Process payments, reconcile end-of-day accounts
Support therapy staff with various administrative duties
Hours of work will be rostered between our standard opening hours:
MondayaFriday: 7am 2pm
Saturday: 8am 1pm
In addition to reception and administration duties, the full-time role includes:
Conducting pre-employment medicals (e.g. spirometry, audiometry, drug screening)
Organising patient/client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Maintaining and calibrating clinical equipment
Managing stock and supporting clinical operations
Training and certification can be provided to the right candidate.
What Were Looking For
Essential (Both Roles):
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Well-presented, professional, and empathetic
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
Able to work both independently and in a team
Full working rights in Australia
Current (or willing to obtain) National Police Clearance
Highly Regarded:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting (medical, allied health, or occupational health)
For the Occupational Health Technician Role - Completed accredited certifications in:
Drug & Alcohol Screening
Audiometry
Knowledge of medical terminology and appointment systems
