As IT Administration & Hardware Support, you'll play a key role within the Digital Services Commercial Team, supporting mobile phone fleet management, IT hardware procurement, and software licensing across Serco ASPAC.
You'll ensure effective lifecycle management of mobile and IT assets, minimise underutilised resources, and support cost-saving initiatives while delivering a responsive, customer-focused service to internal stakeholders.
As IT Administration & Hardware Support, you'll make a positive impact by:
Managing mobile phone requests, procurement, delivery, setup, and plan amendments via our ticketing system.
Coordinating the mobile fleet, telco services, end-user devices, printers, and IT consumables
Sourcing quotes and negotiating with suppliers for best pricing and supply options
Raising Purchase Orders and reconciling invoices against approved orders
Monitoring and expediting supply chain activities
Maintaining registers to track IT hardware and software assets
Supporting business evaluations and project cost requests
Participating in IT cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Managing courier logistics and asset movements

In this role, success depends on your ability to achieve a fast turnaround on standard requests, accurate register maintenance and invoice-to-PO matching, proactive updates to stakeholders, and fewer escalations driven by vendor follow-ups.
We're looking for someone with strong customer service and ticketing discipline, experience in procurement administration (quotes, purchase orders, and invoices), comfort working with inventory and asset tracking, and a willingness to be onsite four days per week to manage courier deliveries and goods receipt.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Experience managing a mobile fleet within a corporate environment
Experience in managing and handling requests through a ticketing system.
Procurement experience in IT or digital services setting
Experience in IT asset and software licensing management
Strong Excel capability and attention to detail
Ability to manage vendor and stakeholder expectations professionally
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
A customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
