Primary Responsibility

Due to site expansion, we are recruiting multiple Team Managers to work across various shifts at our Ormeau site. As the Team Manager, you will provide strong operations leadership to a frontline team, develop team skillsets, and support other site leaders. You will manage and coordinate all processes and activities during the shift to deliver outstanding customer service.

Shifts

* 0500 – 1300 Monday – Friday
* 1100 – 1900 Tuesday – Saturday
* 1300 – 2100 Monday – Friday

These shifts are not flexible; they are required for our operation. Successful applicants must be able to work their assigned shift pattern and should indicate their shift preference in the application.

What You'll Do

* Plan and control KPI performance of a team, and manage all aspects of labour
* Maintain compliance to health and safety and drive a safety culture
* Co‐ordinate and manage work with subcontractors and internal departments
* Manage employee performance and create development pathways

Experience and Education

Ideally, you are someone with exceptional attention to detail, who prides themselves on being deadline‐oriented and maintaining a high level of productivity.

* Minimum 3 years of proven operational management experience.
* Demonstrated experience in managing large teams.
* Knowledge of distribution operations.
* Strong people‐management skills.
* Cross‐functional leadership with multiple teams.
* Experience in effective decision‐making in a fast‐moving business environment.
