About the Role:
This role is your gateway into sales, with exposure to key accounts, customer engagement, and the fundamentals of FMCG. You'll be part of a collaborative team, where no two days are the same, and flexibility is embraced—including hybrid work options.

Main Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of customer plans and promotional activity to drive in-store execution and sales performance
* Ensure all initiatives align with Ferrero'sTriple Win philosophywhich focuses on creating a mutually beneficial relationship between Ferrero, retailers, and shoppers
Trade Spend Management
* Responsible for managing all SAPTM processes end-to-end including claims, promotional accruals/ actualisation and forecasting
* Assist in managing promotional budgets and evaluating ROI to ensure efficient and effective investment
Customer Management
* Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting customer meetings and joint business planning
* Responsible for supporting Acc Mgr(s) in managing promotional program requirements (including submissions and communications.)
Forecasting
* Contribute to accurate demand planning by collaborating with supply chain and commercial teams to align forecasts with customer needs
* Support Acc Mgr(s) with communication to internal/ external stakeholders and managing required actions/ changes
Reporting
* Prepare regular performance reports and post-promotional reviews to identify opportunities and track progress against KPIs
* Reviewing sales performance and analysing data to support Acc Mgr(s) with insights and/or recommendations to improve forecast accuracy/ sales execution
Field Communication
* Act as the key liaison between sales operations and the field team, ensuring alignment on execution priorities and seamless coordination across functions
Who we are looking for:
* High orientation to detail, analytical capabilities, and result orientation
* Strong communication and influencing skills, cross-teams collaboration skills, effective time management and high adaptability to changing environment
* Ability tocommunicate effectively across different teams, with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
* Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Excel), SAP proficiency isa strong plus
* Commercial experience, preferably in field sales or sales coordination roles in FMCG industry is highly desired
