About the role
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive team player to join our Scheduling Team and support the continued growth of the business. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and optimising the scheduling of residential solar installations to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Our Indooroopilly office is conveniently located near the train line and well-connected to multiple public transport options, making your daily commute simple and accessible.

What you'll be doing

* Job Scheduling & Coordination
Plan and schedule daily solar installation jobs, confirm installer availability, and ensure job details and safety requirements (like edge protection) are accurate.

* Installer Check-ins & Job Verification
Confirm installer check-ins via Formbay, verify job completions, and ensure all required photos and documentation are received and logged.

* Communication & Stakeholder Liaison
Communicate schedules and updates with installers, contractors, and internal teams; respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally.

* System & Status Updates
Maintain accurate records in job management systems (e.g. Formbay), including updating job statuses and clearing daily job review lists.

* Reporting & Process Improvement
Compile and submit operational reports, ensure financial tracking is in place, and contribute to improving scheduling and coordination processes.

What we're looking for

* Scheduling or project coordination role experience, preferably in solar installation or the construction industry.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

* Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Formbay & Simpro

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve scheduling challenges

* Knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations
