We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, professional who has experience in administration, reporting to work alongside the Director and General Manager to support them with day-to-day duties.
This agency is offering an prospect to grow into operations and leadership role in the Central Coast
**You will be responsible for**:
- The day-to-day running of the business
- 2IC of the business
- Strategise with the Director and General Manager
- Accounts, including trust accounting, compliance, and payroll
- Overseeing other team members, conducting reviews, and implementing KPIs
- Event management - organising team & client events
- Identify problems, find solutions, and implement change
- Tracking and reporting for KPIs and customer experiences
- Client onboarding
- Updating new and existing training documentation
- High-level complaints handling
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Strong administration experience
- Experience in accounts and spreadsheets, or the willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- To be reliable, and a strong problem solver
