* Provide a frontline, efficient and welcoming reception.

* Manage key administrative responsibilities including updating client details in EMR, coordinating room bookings and appointments, maintaining communication with clinical teams, supporting interpreter services, and assisting with emergency responses when required.

* Maintain accurate records, filing, stock ordering, processing invoices, minuting meetings, and supporting information systems and databases.

* Collaborate with internal teams and other administrative positions located within Campbelltown Mental Health Services (inpatient and outpatient units).

* Help with administrative tasks for other Mental Health services within Macarthur as needed.

* Servicing children, adolescents, adults, and older persons with multidisciplinary teams offering mental health assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination, and therapy.

* Collaborating with inpatient services, GPs, and other community organisations to provide holistic care.

Requirements:

* Completion of Certificate II in Business Admin or willingness to complete.

* Experience providing reception and administrative support in a high-demand environment with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently.

* Strong communication skills; able to prepare professional documents including meeting minutes and general correspondence.

* Australian C-Class driver's licence (including P1 or P2) required.
