* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors providing timely and professional communication.
* Identify opportunities to optimise property performance and maximise returns for owners.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in property management.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
