Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and direct the daily operations of the planning team to ensure seamless execution.
* Prepare and/or review reports for consideration by stakeholders and senior management as required.
* Provide expert advice on complex or politically sensitive matters related to urban planning, responding to enquiries from executives, staff, developers and community members.
* Mentor and coach staff to enhance their professional development, aligning with organizational values and goals.
