Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Komatsu Customer Support Centre (KCSC) as an Account Support Representative.
In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of construction customers to drive customer engagement, retention, and aftermarket sales growth.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver timely, value-based solutions that keep their operations running efficiently.
You will partner with sales, technical, and marketing teams to provide responsive, insight-led support ensuring every interaction adds value to our customers' business and strengthens Komatsu's position as a trusted partner.

Role Located: Welshpool, WA
Roster: Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week
Salary: Base + commission + super
What You'll Be Doing
Manage a defined portfolio of customers, maintaining regular contact through structured engagement plans.
Build strong, lasting relationships by providing proactive sales support and aftermarket solutions.
Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to maximise conversion and retention.
Use CRM and data insights to forecast needs, identify trends, and drive growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Promote Komatsu's lifecycle value proposition and support our commitment to operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in customer account management, sales, or parts/service support.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify customer opportunities and follow through.
Commercial awareness and comfort working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
Sound computer literacy (Microsoft Suite essential).
Previous experience in construction, mining, or industrial equipment sectors is highly regarded.
