Consultant Anaesthetist – Pain & Perioperative MedicinePublic Health Network | Adelaide, South AustraliaFANZCA-qualified Anaesthetist sought for Pain & Perioperative Medicine within a diverse, expanding anaesthesia service supporting a rapidly growing population.ResponsibilitiesDeliver 24‐hour emergency anaesthesia services.Provide major general surgery anaesthesia including colorectal, upper GI, liver, urology, breast & endocrine, gynaecology.Lead major orthopaedics anaesthesia for arthroplasty, revision surgery and trauma.Support a busy obstetric service with over 3,000 deliveries per year.Deliver a fully supported 24‐hour epidural service.Contribute to perioperative optimisation and pain management pathways.Provide clinical leadership, service development and teaching within a collaborative and well‐resourced environment.QualificationsFANZCA-qualified Anaesthetist, orWithin 6 months of completing FANZCA, orInternational Medical Graduate Anaesthetist assessed as Substantially Comparable, orUK CCT holder eligible for the AHPRA Expedited Specialist Pathway.BenefitsIndicative remuneration: $403,863 – $748,105 p.a.
