Club Marconi is known as the sports and entertainment hub for the local area in Western Sydney (Bossley Park). The Club has over 45,000 members and brings a multitude of cultures together under one roof. We offer a large gaming installation of around 380 EGMs along with TAB and Keno. We also provide an Early Childhood facility and our renowned 'World Gym' Gymnasium.
We offer four dining options: The Piazza; Haba Ocean Chinese Seafood; Crystal Jade; and the Star Buffet.
Our sporting facilities include five soccer fields, one rugby league field, five netball courts, six‑lane bocce, snooker and billiards, softball training fields, a cricket field, indoor cricket nets, a fencing academy, five tennis courts and four squash courts. We truly are the hub of sport in the community.

We currently have a vacancy for a Pizza Chef to be part of our kitchen team, working onsite at Club Marconi, Bossley Park.
Ideal Candidate
- Some knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Demonstrated capability to cook under pressure
- A commitment to training, development, and ongoing success
- Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
- Attitude for service excellence
Pizza Chef Responsibilities
- Experience with a wood‑fired pizza operation
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
- Ability and willingness to report to the Head Pizzaiolo
- Involvement in all aspects of wood‑fire pizza preparation
