As the Practice/Clinic Manager, you'll lead and develop a diverse team across dental, non-surgical, injectables, and front-of-house departments. Your focus will be on optimising clinic performance, meeting KPIs, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Leadership and Team Development**: Lead and develop a diverse team across dental, non-surgical, injectables, and front-of-house departments. Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings with team members to provide guidance, support, and track their progress. Be accountable for staff turnover and drive a positive culture within the clinic.
- ** Training and Development**: Develop and train staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service and results to clients.
- ** KPI Management**: Monitor and ensure that the clinic, departments, and individuals are meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve and exceed set targets.
- ** Performance Reviews**: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to provide feedback, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement.
- ** Communication with Head Office**: Hold regular meetings with the head office to discuss clinic performance, establish strategies for improvement areas, and share updates on progress.
- ** Inventory Management**: Take charge of ordering and inventory management to ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies and products.
- ** Staff Meetings**:Lead and manage quarterly staff meetings to foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.
- ** Rostering**:Handle staff rostering efficiently, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth clinic operations.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency and client experience.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Monitor the clinic's financial performance, track expenses, and work within budgetary constraints.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure the clinic adheres to all relevant industry regulations and standards.

**Selection criteria**:
- A passion for cosmetic treatments and the industry
- A minimum of 5 years working in staff management, with a preference for cosmetics/dental clinic management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive your team
- Fast learner, and motivated to learn different treatments, technologies, and industries as well as quickly adapt to new technologies and software
- Proven experience in leading a team that is client-facing and sales focused
- Proven communication skills (both verbal and written) to provide exceptional customer service
- Confident in answering calls, replying to client queries, and dealing with challenging clients
- Confident driving a team, morning huddles, being accountable for clinic, department, and individual performance and the initiatives to come up with ways to improve
