Pinstripe Recruitment is partnering with a leading provider of automation and identification technology to hire Field Service Engineers and Maintenance Technicians to join a growing national team. About the Role This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for servicing high-speed production and packaging lines—installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial coding and marking equipment. You'll troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and software systems, deliver onsite support and training, and play a key role in keeping Australia's essential manufacturing sectors moving. ✅ Includes travel and participation in a rotating on-call/weekend roster ✅ Career progression into senior technical or leadership roles available Key Responsibilities: Install and commission equipment such as CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA, LCM printers Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance Support customers with technical training and ongoing service Collaborate with internal sales and account teams Maintain accurate service records and asset databases Identify growth opportunities within assigned service zones What You’ll Bring: 5 years' experience in field service, maintenance, or automation Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Strong problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and software systems Exposure to industrial printers or packaging line systems (advantageous) Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills Why Apply?
