**What your day will involve**
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the person our residents rely on to assist with daily enquiries and other front desk transactions. You'll know the local area like the back of your hand, offering local insights, and assisting to keep residents informed of upcoming events at the property. Resident safety and well-being is important to us, and you will play a key role in assisting to monitor, report and escalate concerns as required.
There is an element of administration in this role which requires our front desk team to maintain accurate student data on our property management system (StarRez). You may also assist with conducting room inspections and provide general administrative support as needed.
**What we need from you**
We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, and passionate team players who love to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. We are open to training team members with no experience, provided you are eager to learn the UniLodge way. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, solid computer skills and a "we care" attitude.
