Associate Producer Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Associate Producer to play a key role in bringing high-quality performing arts experiences to regional communities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the delivery of performing arts tours and events.
* Work closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Support the Executive Programmer in various aspects of performing arts programming.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
* Experience in coordinating all aspects of project delivery, including logistics and event safety.
* A sound understanding of the needs of artists and communities, with a demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience with performing arts, touring, and venue operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
