Senior Business Partnering Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Partnering Specialist to manage senior business partnering support to Divisional and cost centre management on performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, available funding and other financial management issues. This role will enhance financial, operational and clinical outcomes.
1. Actively participates in regular monthly performance review meetings with Executive Directors and Senior Operational leadership teams to provide insight and analysis of financial and FTE performance identifying key risks for improvement.
2. Manges the budget build for Hospital Services ensuring Finance Business Partners prepare cost centre annual budgets reports in accordance with prescribed guidelines timeframes.
3. Maintains oversight of Service Level Agreement divisional recurrent non-current funding arrangements including activity-based funding Department of Health service contract obligations.
4. Diligently prepares regular full year forecasts for Hospital Services analysing potential differences when compared to annual targets informing senior stakeholders on expected financial risk outlooks developing recommendations enhancements based forecast results insights gained from Financial analysis trending variances managing resources allocations effectively overseeing prudent fiscal decisions driving quality care service delivery collaborative efforts amongst hospital leaders finance team members other relevant personnel consistently exploring innovative solutions best practices operating models disruptive thinking into our operations administration embedded systems enterprise processes building dynamic resilience climate adaptability improving overall sustainability across multiple arenas space fostering unity steady pace moving forward vision ambition environment generosity responsibility teamwork devoted practice toward advancing well-being constructing fortified comprehensively transparent positive mutually beneficial initiatives creating advantageous scenarios enhancing conditions whatever bounds set underway right ideals suited.
