Customer Care Consultant
Location: Parramatta, NSW. Very close to public transport!
Salary: $63,000 per annum + Super
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to members regarding their memberships
* Handle inquiries and resolve issues via phone and other communication channels
* Promote products and services to existing members
* Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
* Deliver First Call Resolutions and endeavor to resolve any issue first time with the aim of retaining the member
* Adhere to company policies and procedures
You will also have
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Caring personality with a great level of empathy
* No planned leave for 6 months
* Previous experience in promotion of products and services would be beneficial
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
* Strong problem-solving skills
