Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)
About the Role

MYC Partners is a growing Accountancy and Business Advisory firm known for delivering exceptional service and results. We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and personable Office Manager / Executive Assistant to become a central part of our team.

This is a high-impact role supporting our Director and helping drive client experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the Director’s schedule, meetings, and daily priorities

* Preparing for client meetings with research and briefing notes

* Acting as a key point of contact for client communication

* Maintaining and improving our CRM system (Zoho One)

* Supporting lead generation and marketing activities

* Coordinating projects and workflows across the business

* Managing administrative operations and virtual staff

* Ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our clients

About You

You’re a highly organised, detail-focused professional who enjoys making things run smoothly and delivering excellent service.

You will:

* Be proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused

* Have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

* Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal)

* Thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

* Be confident working independently and as part of a team

Skills & Experience

Essential:

* Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar)

* Experience with Xero or similar accounting software

* Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Desirable:

* Experience supporting sales/marketing activities

* Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
