Service Delivery Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to deliver exceptional services and work in a challenging environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, delivering projects, and working with stakeholders. They will be able to plan, organize, and prioritize their work to meet strict deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality services while working closely with the Operations Manager to manage the overall strategic lifecycle of assets.
* Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs.
* Ensure risks are accurately identified, contained, and countermeasures are put in place.
* Assist in measuring costs, efficiencies, and delivery of services and support service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Business Management or Administration or other relevant field.
* Technical expertise and trade qualifications in building, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
* A high level of computer literacy, including experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in Facility Management (Hard FM & Grounds) and Maintenance Engineering/Planning.
* Business management experience, including finance, admin, and Quality Assurance.
