About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to plan and schedule major overhaul activities across our site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing work packs, ensuring safety and operational requirements are met, and developing effective working relationships with site personnel and contractors. They will also use our ERP system to prepare accurate plans and schedules, monitor shutdown progress, and maintain KPI scorecards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and coordinate major overhaul work packs, work instructions, and schedules.
* Ensure all planning activities meet site safety and operational requirements.
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers to obtain required equipment, materials, and services.
* Use the site's ERP system to prepare accurate plans and schedules.
* Monitor shutdown progress and maintain KPI scorecards.
Requirements:
* Mechanical Trade or Mechanical Engineering Qualifications (essential)
* Minimum of 5 years Maintenance planning experience in complex processing plants (essential)
* Advanced proficiency in MS Project SAP for maintenance planning (essential)
