You'll perform prompt psychiatric assessments and coordinate treatment for individuals presenting with mental health concerns. Your expertise will help guide patients toward the care they need during critical moments.
**Regional Psychiatric Triage Service**: Step into a 24/7 mental health service that ensures accessible support across the Loddon-Campaspe, Southern Mallee Region. As the single point of entry for our clients Mental Health Services, you'll serve as a trained mental health practitioner, providing advice, facilitated access to services, and arranging psychiatric assessments. Your assistance will be invaluable to individuals seeking help throughout Victoria.
**Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC)**: Play a vital role in the "step up step down" program bridging the gap between inpatient units and the community. In the adult PARC program, you'll create a safe and supportive environment for individuals aged 24 to 64. With a focus on recovery and prevention, you'll help those coping with mental illness learn or relearn social and daily living skills.
