* Establish a clear, strategic vision for wellbeing across the school, leveraging data to identify priorities and set targets.
* Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and guiding professional learning to support student wellbeing.
* Develop and implement efficient referral processes, ensuring timely and effective support for students.
* Provide expert recommendations and evidence to inform Disability Inclusion Profiles, ensuring DE requirements are met.
* Design and deliver targeted strategies to address complex student needs, collaborating with families and external professionals to minimize risk.
* Develop and lead school responses to critical incidents, including crisis management and recovery programs.
