We're seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across our restaurants, bars, lounge, in‑room dining, and conference & events. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and love creating exceptional guest experiences, this is your next step.
What You'll Do
* Lead, motivate and train FOH teams to deliver outstanding service
* Oversee multiple outlets and ensure smooth daily operations
* Manage rosters, labour costs, stock control, and cash-up procedures
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development
* Resolve guest issues professionally and promote a guest-first culture
* Maintain SOPs, analyse business performance and identify improvements
* Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and events teams to ensure seamless service
What You Bring
* Strong experience across a la carte, buffet, banquet, and events service
* Excellent wine & beverage knowledge
* Leadership experience with the ability to coach, train, and develop staff
* Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving skills
* Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and POS systems
* Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver service excellence
* RSA certificate (essential)
