Salary: $133,167 - $151,230 gross p.a. plus 12% Super inclusive of Civil Liabilities and vehicle allowance.
35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime.

About The Role
The Coast & Waterways Manager develops, implements, and reviews coastal management programs in accordance with the NSW Coastal Management Act 2016, including coordination of relevant grant programmes.
* Ensure that Council's Coastal Management Programs are developed and implemented citywide in accordance with the NSW Coastal Management Act 2016.
* Assist with the review and implementation of tasks identified in Asset Management Plans relating to coast and waterways infrastructure.
* Provide technical advice on coastal planning matters in relation to proposed developments and land use planning.
* Attend and provide technical advice (reports and presentations) where required at Council meetings and other Council endorsed forums.
* Liaise with other sections of Council, Government Departments, statutory authorities, utility groups and community groups as required to ensure timely and quality provision of plans, programmes and responses to enquiries and operational matters.
Qualifications
* Tertiary Degree in a related discipline (Coastal Management, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering).
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in natural resource planning and/or coastal management.
* Class C Driver's Licence.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.
