Computer Systems Technician
This critical role involves installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products. This includes desktop/laptop computers, printers and peripherals.
1. Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
2. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to all End Users for Incidents and Service Requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.
3. Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support services, excellent time management skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. They should also have experience with IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key Requirements:
* NV2 Security Clearance
* Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and networks
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
